Edna Politi

Born in Saïda (Lebanon), Edna Politi lived in Beirut, Jerusalem, Berlin, Paris and Geneva. After completing a licence in Art History and Islam History at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, she studied film-making at the DFFB (Deutsche Film-und Fernsehakademie Berlin). Since then she works mainly as an independant film-maker and producer, completing over 30 films.

En 1992, she founded Contrechamps Productions in Geneva.

Other activities : film-making teaching, script-writing consultant, translations, editing, film-programmation.
